SLJ

My activity today for Summer Learning Journey was about comparing my home country to the country I want to travel too. We had to schools to each other like what they had and what we had in their compare classrooms. For example table, chairs, wifi ect. I found this hard and easy because I knew what had to be done and how to do it but I didn’t know how to put it in words. This is a photo of my work.

Perimeters And Area

I've been learning how to find the perimeter and area of a shape. At first I really found it hard but then I started to get the hang of it and I enjoyed doing it. Finding the area and perimeter is help full because if you were designing a room you would need to know how big the room is before you start designing to fit everything in. Hope you learning something from this. How do you think area and perimeter might help you?

The mysterious Covid19

During this time a lot has happened. On Monday 27th of April New Zealand went down to level three of Covid19. I wanted to say thanks to everybody that is doing their part and staying home. I want to say thank you to all the teachers and principles that are making online class for us kids to learn on. When I first found out about Covid19 I was very very surprised. Again thank you for doing your part and uniting up against Covid19.
